Same issue here
ID does not match.
Bought a used ER 2 weeks ago and upgraded it to FW1.03 and then bought Expansion Pack yesterday.
I have opened a case at AVID and waiting for new ID and Serial.
Used same XP-SP3 machine that worked with the FW1.03 upgrade.
