Hello Digi

I realize there are documented issues with operating usb-powered mbox 2 (regular, mini, or micro) in conjunction with the new imac i7's. There have been a few methods for working around the issue (alternating bluetooth, using the usb port closest to the firewire port, etc.).

Such tips have worked for some, but not for all. I am curious as to what Digi's official advice might be for those who own this specific machine and operate 8.0.3 with usb-powered, mbox2 family interfaces.

I've explained the issues I've been having in detail on all the threads currently found under the "pro tools LE for mac" link that pertain to issues with the new imac i7.

If further details need to be given, I would be happy to reveal them
