[Medialaundry]

Hi folks,

I am havin gthe following problems. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

I am trying to receive a delivery of about 4 meg it's an mpeg file. The delivery downloads to 100% then it hangs and the delivery doesn't complete.

Any ideas? I'm using a windows xp machine.
