Default mezzo

Hi all.

I just read all the archived threads on mezzo, and I have one basic question to confirm:

my workflow often involves many small stem sessions (for various recording sessions) in which I edit and do some processing, then print submixes to a pair of tracks. I then track-transfer those print tracks into a master session (referencing the original audio), and I have clean, pre-processed tracks for my final mixes.

We have a company-wide backup system (running legato networker) that backs every bit of data up to the network and archives. What I'd like to do is delete unused files from my final mix sessions and save ONLY the files used in that session to CD, jaz, or other handier format, in case of quick remix needs later.

Will mezzo go find the various audio files (which usually live in folders of different names on different drives since they were recorded in different sessions then track transfered in) and create a nice compact session backup for me like this?

whew! hope that all made sense. anybody still following and have an answer?

thanks a million.
