Sorry, if I´m getting it wrong but do you mean with "on windows" the OS?
Probably not as the Duet is
only made for Mac and you say that it does record actually...
Secondly you need to install Apogee Maestro 2 software which is the "place" where you
set up your input/record levels, the monitor mix and also the sample rate (44.1KHz or 48KHz).
