Default Re: Reverb setting for hip hop snare

In my experience, a hall reverb works best, at least that's what the default is for "hip-hop" on my Roland Groovebox. Set the send to the reverb at about 50%, so that about a third of the total sound is "wet".

On D-Verb, try this....

Type - Hall
Size - Medium

Diffusion - 100%
Decay - 805ms
pre-delay - 0
hi cut - suit to your sample
lp filter - suit to you sample

or at least it's a place to start.
