we go through the same thing every year I take care of over 30 different systems and we have keeps emailed to get our bubbles renewed and this year Avid Expired our bundles after 2 months then we had to email again. I have a case open since May 15th for transferring some old licenses so we can upgrade them meanwhile its been weeks Aviod promises 2 days to respond to cases but these days its weeks and weeks to respond them it sad having to pay for support then not get it!
