Hello all, am a noob here so please bear with me, coming from a Logic/Apple background where licensing isn't a thing anymore.

I purchased a subscription to Pro Tools 12 a couple of days back, and though my order shows up in my avid account's past orders page;

- there's been no confirmation of my order other than the items i purchased showing up as a past order
- the only emails from avid that I've received are marketing stuff because of my initial install of PT First and iLok registration etc.
- nothing's been emailed to me with regards to any activation codes
- Pro Tools 12 doesn't show up in "My Products and Subscriptions" - which is where i thought my download links and assorted activation info would be?

any chance somebody from avid could jump in and give me some pointers?
