RX9 and RX10 applications have both been native for a long while now. That's not new. Their "article" shows no change on the programs for the AAX Apple Silicon support on the plugins like RX Connect or any of the noise reduction plugins part of RX.
There was an update that came out yesterday for AAX UB plugs for RX 10
