Re: 12.8.2 Broke VCA tracks?
Hey all.....
As Drew reported, we have fixed the issue with VCA tracks in Pro Tools 12.8.2! Apologies that this got out the door. You can download the latest update (R2) from your My Avid account.avid.com or the Application Manager. AppMan is in the process of being updated so may take a bit... but it will be there in your My Avid.
Note that the version number is still 12.8.2, but the build number is 106 instead of 105 (the original release version). To determine which version of 12.8.2 is installed, you can Get Info (Mac) or Properties (Win) on the Pro Tools application. The build number has also been added to the Pro Tools splash screen that appears when you launch the application (however this is only for the fixed version 12.8.2x106)...
