Default Re: Using DIGI 002 and 003 in tandem

Yes indeed. Actually, the options for lightpipe preamps are many and prices run from $200, on up to $3K. Here's a list of some in order of (estimated)price:
Behringer ADA8000-$200(sounds about the same as the 002)
Behringer ADA8200-$300( better preamps)
Presonus D8-$350(many Presonus units work, but the D8 is the simplest to use)**
Focusrite OctoPre Mk II-$450(better still)
Focusrite OctoPre Mk II Dynamic(same as above, but ADDS 8 OUTPUTS)**
Midas XL48-$900 (very nice indeed)**
Focusrite ISA428(w/digital card)-$1500(very nice 4 channel with 4 more A>D to handle any analog preamps)**
Focusrite ISA828(w/digital)-$2500(nice, but expensive and 8 of the same thing, for that much money.....maybe not a great idea?)

Those with ** are ones that I have owned and used a lot(still own XL48 and Mk II Dynamic. ISA428 is now running analog
