For the Firestudio:

First, make sure that you have the Presonus software downloaded and installed (if you don't already)

http://www.presonus.com/products/FireStudio/downloads

Then, open up Pro Tools, click the "Setup" menu option, "Playback Engine...", and then select "Presonus Firestudio" from the top dropbox. To customize the i/o, go to "Setup", "I/O...", and adjust things from in there.
