In addition to Raoul's excellent advice, let me toss you the most important caveat. Make sure you know what you are getting!! Seen a recent rash of folks buying what they THINK is what they need, and ending up with installer disks but no license or iLok. You ultimately need 3 things here:
an iLok(I would get the newer iLok 2 for several good reasons)
the license(which you would move to your iLok from your iLok account)
The installer(which usually you can download, but disks can be handy)
