I am having the same issue. I ordered yesterday, and have yet to receive my license or see a surrender flag with the ILOK Software.
I reached out to technical support, but get forced to use the chat. A case gets created via chat, but I never receive an email with the case number.
If someone from Avid sees this, I'd greatly appreciate some help.
