Hi there,
Am having exactly the same problem, i must have some how created two accounts although i don't see how but it's obvious there are two accounts and well connecting to the server keeps popping up every time i try to sign in and the ilok icon on the left highlights stating owned by another user. some assistance would be most welcomed.
