Assuming you're the *original owner of the licenses, this is the procedure:

You have to contact Toontrack, and have THEM remove the license from your account. You also have to provide them with the new owner's Toontrack account name, and the email their TT user account is going to be registered under. Only then will the serial number(s) register to the new owner. You also need to tell the new owner that he gets no tech support from Toontrack, *and that he/she cannot ever resell the license(s).
