Hoping Jeff Rosica understands Pro Tools has taken a big hit in recent years for the following key reasons:
1.) Perception the software lags well-behind competitors (also happens to be true)
2.) Customers don't like the subscription model, would rather pay for upgrades.
3.) Communication non-existent: no replies from Avid on this forum, insufficient information about upcoming releases, no support for groups like Pro Tools Expert.
