Just to clear some things up. Avid retained the Fast Track devices when they sold M-Audio to InMusic. Also, this is a user-to-user forum, not official support for Avid.

I doubt there will be updated drivers for the older Fast Track devices (pre Solo/Duo), but that is a guess. We mods don't work for Avid, we're just customers same as you.

All that aside, have you gone through the Optimization Guide (use the Win8 one): http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/e...oting/en367983 specifically any parts about disabling Power Save? Also, you're best to check compatibility for all your software and hardware BEFORE doing an OS upgrade. Best practice is to do a backup of your working setup, so you have something to go back to if it doesn't work out.
