Re: Pro Tools 9 wont start! Quits unexpectedly.... Quits during startup...
I have the same problem. I am using OSX 10.7.3 but the only difference is that I am running PT 8 LE with an Mbox 3.
Troubleshooting so far:
1- updated PT
2- removed all plugins form the plugins folder and reattempted launch
3- removed any digidesign databases, preferences, plists & other library support files as mentioned in another forum thread.
4- repaired disk permissions.
Still no joy. Upon launch all PT runs its checks, asks which session I want to set up and after I have created the session PT quits before loading any windows and presents no error codes or messages.
