Go to your Avid.com account and download the update you want.
Application Manager was always a mess, lots of folks here have been recommending for a long time that it be uninstalled. You could have followed that advice.
And Avid Link that replaces Application Manager is better, but still has issues, I would uninstall that as well.
Uninstaller for all that crap is installed with it on your system.
This has been answered several times recently on DUC. You would have found those posts with a search.
