<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">NO, plain and simple that was a badly mixed album. Your average joe doesnt care and thats cool. I dont even blame the producer he was using a tool that is very difficult to work with and 'Tinnyness' is part of the PT sound. There is no way in hell the sound of that production has become fashionable. Give me Brittney's mix anyday over Ricky. At least it has a defined and cohesive bottom end, and dosnt have screaming top end that grates on your ears [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
There isnt a single decent sounding album that has been mixed entirely
WITHIN Pro Tools. This is becoming rapidly apparent through out the industry. I admit it now and I have the system. Its no big deal, I just mix out of the box.
