Thanks Jeffro! I've never used the ASC portal before, so this may well be my error. I did experience some odd email replies when entering my email address into the 'Retrieve ASC Details' in the 'Use Your ASC' link. From here do I just wait for someone at Avid to contact me regarding the transfer of ownership form? Or do I need to take some kind of action to get the ball rolling?
