Default Re: Octopre with 003

No driver is required. Start by attaching a lightpipe "cable" from the Octopre ADAT out to the 003 ADAT in. On the Octopre, set the sample rate and bit depth to match your Protools settings. Now open Protools and go to hardware setup. Make sure Optical=ADAT and then set Sync to ADAT. Then open your session and go to I/O setup and make sure the ADAT inputs(9-16) are shown, or enable them by choosig Add Path and make your assignments in the grid. If you double-click on the names in the left column("path" is default on new paths) you can name them. I labelled mine(Presonus Firestudio) as Fire 1, Fire 2, etc
