No ASC codes sent
Hi guys! Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.
I purchased two ASC codes to solve the lost of two iLoks with Pro Tools licenses.
I for the confirmation mail, the invoice mail but no codes, neither on my account products.
Even if I go to the redeem ASC page, it says there are no ASC codes actives associated to my mail.
Is this normal or am I missing something?
