Thanks for sending the session file.

Not a bug... you actually have Volume Breakpoints in most of your tracks.

Change the tracks from Waveform to Volume and look at 3|1|000, 5|1|000, 11|1|000, 107|1|000, etc. Your Lead Vocal tracks have even more extensive volume automation.

You can delete all the breakpoints or change the track's AUTO to Off if you don't want those breakpoints controlling your faders.
