You can find stems of classic recordings online.

I’d use these as most people would be familiar with the songs, so whatever changes you make like raising or lowering the tempo, would be immediately noticeable.

Also, being older songs pre DAW era, they won’t be rock solid timing wise, so you’ll have a lot of looser audio to demonstrate tightening up timing.

Anyhoo, that would be my suggestion.
