Looks like it's your video card's driver. Always get the updated driver from the manufacturer's website, not the third party's website. For example, I have an ASUS NVidia card, but get my drivers from
NVidia's website, not ASUS', manually searching for the correct driver. And I only install the graphics driver and physx, nothing else.
Once you install the latest diver, or update/upgrade anything remotely connected with Pro Tools, do the
Trasher Dance: Close PT, backup your Preferences, delete Preferences, Databases and Plug-in Databases, empty the Recycle Bin, reboot, Restore Preferences, start Pro Tools.
Whenever anything goes awry with PT, the first suggestion is always to delete Preferences.
