White noise can have several causes (as evidenced by
this thread) and incompatible plug-ins are high on the list.
Can you visit the Help Us Help You thread for details about what we need to know to assist you - a Sandra report, a list of installed plug-in versions, which Avid hardware you're using and details about which troubleshooting steps you've tried are all critical.
