Did you ever resolve this? I am having the same problem:
"cannot be designated as an Audio record volume because it is not a valid audio volume"
I would love any feedback you may have. thankyou
You need Pro Tools LE 7.1.1 or higher for compatibility with an Intel Mac.
I am running Pro Tools M-Powered 7.0 on an Intel Mac, you're telling me this won't work? I am getting the same error message as everyone else. Please help!
I'm not sure how to possibly make it any more clear. You need 7.1.1 or higher for this to work on an Intel based Mac. You should do a clean uninstall of 7.0, then download and install 7.1.1 from our website.
