Finally found time to upgrade, now PT won´t accept my license.
Hi,
I have extremely slow on updating my system due to continuously work in the studio. I never really found a suitable time to do so.
Anyways, now I finally took the leap and updated both the OSX as well as my PT.
- OSX was updated from El Capitan to Catalina
- PT was updated from 12.6 to 2020.09
Now when I try to launch PT I only get a window telling me to activate.
- I have an active PT Ultimate Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12-IO)
- I have uninstalled and re-installed iLOK manager.
- I have deactivated and activated my license.
- I have Syncronized the iLOK
But nothing works.
But then I tried a friends iLOK and it starts up directly.
So something must be wrong in my license, right?
I have files a support case (04013531) but thought I should write to see if there´s something I have missed.
I´m having deadlines coming up + bookings in the studio so I hope they respond quickly.
Or if you can point me in the correct direction maybe.
