I've also found that if it's not at first found as a MackieControl device by your DAW (in my case, Live), try:
- Open the Task Manager, make sure EuControl.exe is running. If not, start it.
- Going to Control Panel -> Eucon and in the dialog box reset the channels from, say, 1-4 to 5-8, and then back, clicking through "OK" when it says you need to reboot each time. (you don't really need to, don't worry)
