I am having this same issue. Windows 10 running on a surface pro. I recently downloaded this software and compiled an entire song. Now I can not access anything from the cloud.
I did click the song and then clicked "clear local cache", which allowed me to open it but none of my recent changes were there. I re-worked the mix and saved the project, tried to re-open it and again got the same error message.
I've only had Pro Tools for about 3 days now.. what a great first impression.. 12 hours worth of work, gone. Ridiculous.
