I started a support ticket this morning, but have yet to hear back, so I though I'd post on here. Having an issue with my ilok licenses and PT 12.7. Software is claiming I don't have a current supporting upgrade plan, which is not the case, I'm paid thru Dec 2017. Case ID is 03130970
