In response to my post regarding the same problem, someone reported that the problem was because I used Internet Explorer, the internet browser that has a 66% market share, instead of Firefox or Chrome.
Since I work exclusively with Microsoft products as a professional developer, I do not, and choose not to, own either Firefox or Chrome.
I have tried at least 20 times (on three different computers) to create an account with Internet Explorer, and failed, I can only assume that the poster who responded to my thread is correct. This is further supported by some page layout errors I see when using IE.
BTW: I emailed SoundToys regarding this problem and received no response.
I would really like to get the free plugin. I recently returned to work and will soon be in the position to purchase some additional plugins; this would have given me the opportunity to try out SoundToys' offerings.
However,
if SoundToys' web site does not support Internet Explorer, I would not be able to purchase anything from them, so I guess the whole point is moot...
