Crossgrade PT9 MP
Hi all!
I really need some help from you guys.
I'm currently in a Pro Tools9 MP/Fast Track pro system and trying to crossgrade to 12 but i'm having a hard time understanding the process.
Do I still qualify to crossgrade from 9MP to 12?
On my Avid account i get the folowing message "You do not own any products under this account yet" and when i try to activate my MP9/Fast Track Pro (I have the yellow card with serial number and Registration ID) i get the information that the Registration Id is not valid (I have my MP9 on my Ilok account);
If i'm not entitled to crossgrade anymore from MP9 to 12 and decide to buy Full PT12, will i be able to access Pro Tools10 also? This desktop doesn´t meet the requirements for PT12 and it will be a few months until i can upgrade the computer.
