Not sure how many of you follow my tutorial/video blog (mainly post-centric) but I've just finished a 4 part series on keyboard based editing. I see lots of PT operators wasting keypresses and "mousing around" when they could be working a lot faster by mastering the keyboard focus shortcuts, so this series of 4 videos goes through some of the fundamentals for quick editing.
