Yes, under 3.6.1 I managed to get the ports back and were visible in Totalmix. It didn't seem to work all that well (Of course the iPad app wasn't compatible with that version of Eucon and the S3 didn't seem to respond properly. But never the less, the ports were available.
However, the update to 19.5.1 immediately after, saw the midi ports for Eucon disappear once again. ie They're not any where to be seen.
