Yup. Complain through eBay's messaging system and then to eBay if there's no response. But you are running out of time to make these complaints to eBay. If you've done it through the messaging system (that way eBay can see your communication) inform the seller you'll be seeking eBay's involvement. If still nothing is done in 24 hours, complain directly to eBay.
