I'm not worried about that at all Tom. I think both Exponential and iZotope are great companies with excellent products. I can imagine the merger will benefit both companies.
Better still, I can imagine their products merging, incorporating distinct features from both developer's plugins into new, groundbreaking software. R2 meets N2; Starwars! (Starpeace!)
