I've been pushing this new one for the last 3 weeks with games, Logic Pro X and other apps without a problem. I gotta say, the inconvenience of the trouble i went through with the first Mac Pro appears to have been worth the free Mac Pro update because this 6 Core machine is AMAZING for Logic Pro X. So much so, that i bought a 1TB External Drive (Samsung T3) and i have begun recording in 96khz and converted some of my older projects to this sample rate as the plug ins do sound better at higher sample rates. If you are looking for an Audio workstation computer, Mac Pro will serve it's purpose for years to come and i couldn't be happier.

Yeah the 6-cores are beasts!
