Transfer of ownership
Hi guys
I am selling a S1 board so I have been advised to purchase a service transfer/replacement fee which I have done. I have completed this transfer of ownership form but when I attempt the registration of a web case at avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation, the link takes me to my Avid account page and it is not clear where I submit the form/case.
Any advice would be appreciated.
