Renewing an Upgrade Plan doesn't provide new licenses, it updates the Release Limit date (seen in iLok License Manager > Show Details) on the perpetual license. Wondering if you might be looking at the Pro Tools Plan or Upgrades licenses (see the
FAQ), what are the specific license names in question?
