NO...it should NOT be enabled. this would cause your system to fluctuate dependin' on loads...one of last things you'd want in a DAW IMHO. the more one is aware of their systems state (ie...clock speed, ram timings, voltages, etc) , the better. enablin' CIA2 would remove that awareness. can you say 9xxx errors???
