I have the same problem... a broken M-Powered 8 DVD. It is my second one. Music-Store Germany changed it and i had the same fault on the DVD. There must be a problem at producing the disk.
Avid sent me a download and it worked. Now, 2 years later i lost the file and need a new one. Can you (Avid) help me? I have an AVID Account. The E-Mail is the same as in this forum -
