Hi Im trying to run Pro-Tools HD 10.3.9 on a Windows 10 Enterprise 64Bit OS

It installed fine to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Avid\Pro Tools

Plugins installed here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Digidesign\DAE\Plug-Ins

However when i start Pro-Tools it hangs when trying to load the plugins.

Works absolutely fine on Win 8. my old slow PC.

Spent way too may hours trying to get this working on Win 10.

Any advise, help would be welcome !
