[UPDATE] Re-read the focusrite manual, and realized I had forgot to set Clock Source to S/PDIF. As soon as I did, SPDIF did show up Optical 11-12.

Great you got it working. I would not have thought about the clock setting hiding stuff like that in the UI. Does not seem like great UI design. Thanks for posting your fix here, that will help others.
Sadly many of us are at the mercy of different monitor/mix control software. I know enough to just hurt myself with several different systems. And it hurts to switch between them, and have to open up the manual.
