[UPDATE] Re-read the focusrite manual, and realized I had forgot to set Clock Source to S/PDIF. As soon as I did, SPDIF did show up Optical 11-12.
Appreciate Darryl your patience, and now back to making music and freeing up 2 analog inputs on the back.
