We have noted the case # at the bottom of your post for those that have cases in progress.
If you have a Student/Edu copy that includes 4 years of free upgrades and your original purchase was within 4 years prior to the release of 12.5 then you will see your installers in your Avid account within the next couple weeks.
If you still need assistance, please start a support case from the Access The Support Center section of your
Avid account, or from
