Sort of like a shortwave radio band,high pitched warble sound. My set up is G4,DIGI001,Yamaha O1V to a yamaha hifi amp and old pair of Polk model 10 "studio monitors"Thier quote not mine,which I love.I use the lightpipe from O1v to PT and back ,and it is dead quiet.The noise happens when I plug the oo1 monitor outs into the mixer so I can hear a couple of tracks that aren't asigned to the light pipe outs in PT.The noise isn't very loud,but is audable.The video monitor sets behind and above the mixer,which sets about in the middle of a six foot or so triangle of the Polks and the sweet spot.The mac is 4 feet left of the sweet spot and the OO1 is 2 feet above that.I have got spdif cables for the OO1,which might solve the problem but haven't tried them yet.Digital sync is locked okay. Anyone have any Idea what this nois is? Thanks Brad.
