I'm not aware of any 4 month support plan.

If you bought Protools on its own in December (full version), there was no support plan included, and I believe you would have just gotten one ASC support code to use within 30 days (or maybe 90 days, which still doesn't coincide with March 31st).

If you upgraded from a previous version (which sounds like what you did), then you got a full year of free support and upgrades, plus the special bonus extra extension to March of 2016, which is what everyone got who upgraded since last October through the end of December.
